Much like many other folks are talking about, Silverscript is a bunch of ******** that got folks that are on Medicare and need a low income assistance plan that they supposedly sent out "premium increase" letters, that magically many of these people seem to have not gotten, just like in my case - where the agent on the phone said that it was sent on 2/14/24, but yet no one involved in retrieving my mail recalls seeing anything from Aetna nor Silverscript during the timeframe (we were getting help with our mail since we were barely at the home from 2/7 - 3/14 dealing with my mother's diagnosis of dementia after a wildly low blood sugar seizure). The agent then went on to tell us that it was fixable and would renew "soon" if we would pay the back balance of $59.20 via the Silverscript pay portal via ********, which we did within a few minutes - but yet here we sit a week later, without a renewal of any sort. With all later agents (all with Indian accents - two of the three being VERY difficult to understand half the time) stating that there would be no circumstance under which it renews, to which I requested to speak to a supervisor on the second and fourth calls - which were stated would be done via a callback that was NEVER RECEIVED. And on the third call, after seeing mention of a similar case on the BBB statements with the ******** customer that was out of the country for three months, I asked about the Good Cause Department, which ended up resulting in me being hung up on after they claimed that they tried to call us at a 443 phone number we never used - and I laughed about how absurd that was since it wasn't ours. (We did live in ******** a decade ago, and had OTHER 443 numbers, but not that one) Ultimately I want to throw this policy on the pyre at this point - as everyone should - and move on, but I want my $59.20 they defrauded me out of back.
