Complaint: (BBB - converted from original. See document file.) I had a significant mold problem in my attic due to an inadequate number of baffles and insulation covered the baffles. This caused inadequate ventilation. Please note the sequence of events on the enclosed time line. **** ******** ******** *** (formerly known as Dr. Energy Saver) was diligent in correcting the number of baffles and installing the insulation correctly. **** ******** ******* sent ****** ******* and *** ********* on separate occasions to spray the mold. Neither attempt was successful. (Note the time line). I had to have the mold problem remediated. I obtained three quotes for this work. I chose the least expensive but with the highest recommendations: ********* ******* *****, **** ****** at $625 to do the work. The work was done on May 9, 2014. I am seeking reimbursement for the cost of the mold remediation of $625. I phoned *** ********* a few times between May 9, 2014 and May 23rd to resolve the problem. Bob offered me half the cost. feel that **** ******** ******* is responsible for the full cost since it was their inadequate number of baffles and faulty installation of the insulation that caused the mold problem. I also tried to contact Mr. ******* **** (see enclosed letter), owner of **** ******** *******, by certified mail. The letter was refused.

Desired Settlement: Full reimbursement for the cost of mold remediation. $625.00.
