This company is terrible! Communication= Terrible Work= Horrible This guy starts the job, you don't hear from him or see him for about 2 to 3 weeks. He comes back do something else. Tell you he'll be back. Comes back a month later. He started my driveway in September here we are in December me driveway is still not completed. Everyone of his machines has broke down im my driveway. When a machine breaks down he leaves it for about 2 weeks come back, to finish something else breaks down. He needs new equipment. Just overall a mess. It's December 23rd its 40 degrees outside he calls me yesterday saying he'll be here in the morning to complete the job. I called another company because I was sure asphalt shouldn't be put down in the winter. The company said absolutely not. He should not do your driveway in December. I really wish i went with another company.

We listened and we understood the customer's point of view and issue; however, ********** would not accept our point of view or recommendation when we attempted addressing her concerns. Instead of working with us she chose to insult and belittle us and refused to work towards a resolution. There is a repair that is still outstanding, which we committed to fixing when we can resume early in the Spring which *** ******* is refusing. We stand behind our work and guarantee the work for one year. We have done everything in our power to resolve *** ********* concerns, but are left with no choice other than to file a lien on her property for non-payment. *** ******* is unwilling to honor the contract along with our written guarantee and is being unreasonable. Prior to starting to this project, *** ******* hired a contractor with no asphalt experience and together they moved forward with the removal of the existing damaged asphalt without acquiring and paying for a permit or calling CBYD. From the beginning *** ******* proved she is unwilling to do the right thing and pay for the services that are required when paving a driveway
