went thru paperwork did not like their interest rates said i was locked in or i would lose 1000 dollar discount for in house financing well see told i would get my first oil change free but you have to do reviews first well see monday sold a service contract first visit monday we,ll see car was delivered not detailed paint needed to be cleaned profesionally they say they do 151 safety check i question that seeing as a headlght burnt out within a day ( I replaced both)and both headlight housings have external cracking, backup camera was foggy and had to be replaced, all tires leaked needed air weekly 1 was plugged and had obvious dry rot. I had tires from a previous vehicle and replaced them i had poor air flow in the cab replaced cabin filter and found a huge what appeared to be a nest had to vacuum out the air vents and the XM radio lost reception after 2 months ownership along with navigation hopefully service will address these issues next service visit

I bought a used 2010 Toyota tundra from them in late sept/ early oct. I put down over 20k on that truck and ever since buying it have had over 5k worth of work done on it!!!! Do not go to this dealer they are the worst I’ve ever dealt with.

My husband and I went to look at a 2014 Cadillac SRX last Friday. After seeing the vehicle, we were walking to the office to see if we could take it for a test drive, and we saw a friendly face who asked us if we needed help. That was our first interaction with our salesman, Ryan. He took us straight to the vehicle, showed us in and out of it, very knowledgeable, very nice, not pushy, and let me test drive it. He then took us inside the office, showed us the showroom, the service center, offered us a beverage, snacks, introducing us to other sales people, as we went by them. Everyone was so friendly!!!! He went over the numbers with us (again, never pushy about selling us the Cadillac), he just wanted to help us get the car I really liked!! We left saying we would think it over, left a refundable deposit, and said we would be in touch. Fast forward to today (Monday). We had decided to purchase the vehicle, after communication with Ryan via phone and text over the last few days. When we went to pick it up, it looked like new!!! They had done such a wonderful job detailing it, inside and out! The financial part of it, and signing all the paperwork all went very smoothly.. Everyone there was so nice!! We were in the car driving off the lot within an hour or so. I could not say enough good things about our experience here!! We will definitely be back the next time we are looking to buy a used car!! Thank you Ryan, and everyone that helped me get my beautiful 2014 Cadillac SRX!!

My experience with Road Ready used car by far the worst I have ever experienced. I brought the most expensive used car I have ever brought and had the worst experience. The car fax had some issues but nothing major and the car had extremely low mileage for its age 10 years 66000 miles. However, the car was nothing but problems for the first week I brought it. I gave Road ready 7 times ro fix my car and this was within the original warranty period. After the last visit I had two hospital stays so I was not driving the car so when I went the 8th time I had to pay a deductible to the warranty company. Oh yeah the warranty company they give you Continental as The Rock would say it "absolutely sucks". I found that out after the 9th time I had issues with the car and took it to Cadillac after Road Ready told me I had to put down a 3000 down payment to replace the troubled vehicle. I found out how bad the car and the warranty company was when I took the car to Cadillac to find out I needed a whole new engine. Folks I'm sure they're better places to use cars...go there!

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my new ****** ********** and certainly would recommend this location for any car needs. They definitely do their best to work with you to find what you are looking for.
