    I purchased a vehicle from cost Central Auto about eight or nine months ago. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle I noticed there was an issue with the transmission. I took it to my local transmission stored and they said that it needs a new transmission. I contacted the place where I bought the vehicle and informed them of this. They offered to replace my transmission with a new one. I had two options at this point one to purchase he's fully refurbished transmission for thirty-five $4,000. Or to buy the Lesser model that wasn't guaranteed for 3 years or 30,000 miles or something like that. I opted for paying the higher price to get that guarantee of three years or 30,000 miles. Well recently the transmission started acting up again. I took it to call Central Auto. The managers there Chris informed me that he can't do anything at this point to wait until the transmission gets worse. I said that's fine I just want the warranty information so I can take it to another transmission company to see if they're willing to work with me elsewhere. That has been over a month ago and Chris has not sent me the warranty information for my transmission which I purchased with him. Called him multiple times and even emailed the store left messages with Chris his secretary and his salesmen mark. I have yet to receive the documentation to prove the warranty that I purchased.

    I bought a 2011 ******* ***** ** in late September 2021.  At time of pick up they told me they put 2 new back tires on and replaced the front brake pads.  Once I left the dealership, The car still felt off.  I thought it was the alignment, they paid to have an alignment done.    Town fair tire did the alignment and informed me the front tires were unsafe and the car should not have been sold to me in this condition.  Chris (the manager) explained he was Short handed and could not have the car come in for the 2 front new tires for 10 days.  Once the car was finally there,   It took them an entire day to replace 2 tires.  I lost a day of work, because they are would not provide me a loaner for the day.  When I inquired how long it would take to complete my car, to the man in the front building after an extensive wait time, The owner "Cosmo" (said it on his name plaque on his desk) was VERY rude and basically told me to shut up and sit down, because I'm getting the tires for free and I should be grateful And just wait.  The Car still didn’t feel right. They assured me that their mechanic said nothing is wrong with the car, and it's because I'm not used to driving AWD. "it's a different feeling".  Fast forward 30 days, My front strut broke.  i was not going back to this dealership! Firestone said you could clearly see the strut was compromised, and it was rusted.   So it was not a new issue.  I didn't want to deal with these people at "Cos's Auto" again so I ate the $1200 and had the front end repaired by a mechanic I was confident in.  30 days after that my front brake Caliper freezes.   I called Cos Auto and was basically told I am **** out of luck.   Another $1200 To fix that.  Today, my other set of calipers froze! Apparently my brake line fluid was rotten and it's has caused these extensive brake issues! All of the issues with this car, are safety issues that should have been caught at time of the dealer safety inspection, before delivery!! Buyer beware!!
