Additional Complaint Information

BBB has received numerous consumer complaints alleging that motor vehicles sold to them by the company are defective; that the company engages in misrepresentation in the sale and financing of motor vehicles; that the company fails to return deposits when financing problems occur.

In April, 2011 and September, 2012, BBB brought the issue concerning the volume and nature of consumer complaints to the company's attention.

The company responded to BBB in June, 2013, refuting customers' claims that it sells defective vehicles, indicating that all vehicles are inspected by several technicians and reconditioned before delivery. In regard to complaints about financing and deposits, the company stated that it finances vehicles through more than a dozen banks and , if financing cannot be arranged, a customer's deposit is returned. In instances where financing has been arranged and the vehicle has been repaired and readied for delivery, a customer's deposit will not be returned if the customer does not wish to conclude the purchase.

It has come to BBB’s attention that the business is requesting that a customer withdraw a complaint filed through BBB as a condition of resolving the complaint.  BBB does not withdraw complaints under these circumstances.

Due to the growth in volume of its sales, the company has designated a Customer Service Representative to address customers' questions and concerns. In addition, the company agreed to provide more detailed documentation to support its positions in complaints.
