On July 14th 2022, I took my J*** ******** 2019 for a routine 60K maintenance appointment at Wetmore's Jeep Dealer in *** ******* **. As I was ready to leave the shop my car wouldn't start. I found out that they had damaged my car battery. The shop replaced it the following week at no cost after I called 3 times. At pick up, I notice a metallic screeching sound coming from the driver’s wheel, but the shop reassured me that my car was fine. A few days later I got a check engine light and my car was shaking which indicated that there was Evalve leak and the tires needed a balancing. The shop repaired it again without charging me but the metallic screeching noise was still present. Again the shop reassured me that my car was fine. According to them an alignment and balancing was done on July 14th at the initial visit. After I once more picked up my car the metallic sound was still there and I called them immediately but they informed me that they take no responsibility and that I now have to pay for damages. After a second opinion, the new mechanic informed me that I needed a new knuckle ball joint replaced and that the wear was there for months. Wetmore's never informed me of this which should have been caught on the initial appointment once they performed a mandatory safety check on the car, which I now doubt they ever did. 3 weeks later I also started getting "Oil change required" notice on the car. On July 14th, Wetmore's once again reassured me that an oil change was done. I did try to reach out to Wetmore's but at this time they have been unresponsive. I strongly believe that they should have repaired the damages at no cost to me since my car was in an excellent condition prior to visiting them on 7/14/22.

1 star, because it's the minimum, otherwise I would leave 0. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, and my service complaint/situation is not even complete yet. My initial encounter with poor customer service began when I dropped my **** ******** off to be diagnosed with a potential recall issue; the service advisor Tom never stated I would be charged a $160 diagnostic fee. My husband would not authorize the charge and we took the vehicle back. After back/forth conversations, we decided to go back and have the car diagnosed for $160. The issue came back as water/flood damage to my electronic parking brake, located underneath the spare tire, rear well. The water damage created a mold infestation. I put a claim through our insurance, and the insurance company gave them a blank slate to repair ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that needed to be. Upon shipment delays and lack of communication, the job was "done." I paid my insurance deductible before seeing my car- big mistake. When I went to pick up my vehicle and after careful inspection on my own doing, realized additional parts were missed, fuzzy mold was still present and my spare tire and jack had not been replaced. After back/forth argument of how they "cleaned" everything, Tom said he would order additional parts. I no longer felt comfortable leaving my car there, so I took it home. I was supposed to return my rental that day; but refused due to mold still being present in trunk. The second order of parts included a new trunk floor door and storage compartment. I then called the insurance company to do another glance over and to reassure I was not being overly dramatic. After a second inspection, it was determined the car jack and spare tire should also be replaced, due to water submersion and not just normal water exposure- cue a third order. I have been in a rental for 17 days, at the mercy of Wetmore's and have received zero apology, ownership and/or acknowledgement of their gross negligence and incompetence.
