            I purchased my used VW 2019 ******* in 2021. I took my car in for service in September 2023 when I was told my car needed a new alternator, which would be covered by the warranty. As of today, Feb. 29, 2024 my car is still with VW with zero update on when an alternator will be available and my car will be fixed. I have since been given a loaner, however, the dealership is requesting the loaner back leaving me with no car or solution to my mode of transportation. VW hasn't provided a solution or any assistance with getting the part needed to fix my car or providing me with a buy back option. I need a vehicle to do my job and VW is telling me it's not their problem and cannot provide me one. It was suggested to rent a car out of pocket at my own cost. I need help to either get my car fixed, or get a buy back offer. I have been paying for my car payments and insurance on a car I have no had for 7+ months.

            AFTER GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP SINCE 2016 I AM FINALLY DONE WITH THEM. MY TRANSMISSION WOULD NOT GO PAST FIRST GEAR, I DROVE THE CARE THERE AND AGREED TO PAY $455.00 FOR THEM TO TELL ME THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG. NOT TO FIX IT BUT TO TELL ME SOMETHING IS WRONG. THEY SAID MY CAR WAS BANGING WHEN YOU PUT IT IN REVERSE AND THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. THIS IS NOT TRUE, I FINALLY HAD IT TOWED TO A TRANSMISSION PLACE AND AM HAVING THE WORK DONE. TALK ABOUT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. EVERY TIME I LOOK AT THE WITHDRAW THEY MADE ON MY BANK ACCOUNT I GET UPSET. THE EXCUTIVE DEALSHIPS ARE EVIL, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
