      I am writing because my husband’s and my experience was the worst by far!!! The sales Rep W****** is the the WORST. I can assure you that what he did was very wrong and I am already speaking to people about this whole situation. He mislead us badly. He provided us with false information and obtained $500 deposit for a car that he told my husband was approved for and at the end wasn’t. He told us to reach out to insurance company and provide them with the bank loan information and asked us the moment we had the insurance information to have them send it to him. I know how the process is…once it is given the vin# and they give the bank loan information to call car insurance that is a deal. He lied to us from the beginning. Even if he said he didn’t “ran” the credit the first day..he expressed multiple times he was approved. We also did a pre-approval online prior to and everything went through fine and an internet agent reached out to him. What he did is unacceptable and was not professional at all. He just wanted my $500 deposit to order the car. The car was sold to someone else. I asked to see the car and it was not there. When how come they sold it when I put a $500 deposit. They didn’t know if was going to co-Sign him? They just automatically assumed and sold it to someone with a higher down payment. I will make sure W****** doesn’t do this to anyone else. We were lied to or took us as a fool. We wasted 4 weeks waiting for a car that wasn’t even for us. He lied to us badly and this is not going to stay like this. Now they haven’t even reached out to give me my $500 deposit back!

      Hello *********, my apologies again that we were unable to get your husband approved for the loan for the vehicle as I explained yesterday. Unfortunately we do not make any money by taking a deposit from you. When I was emailed yesterday about refunding your deposit I had the check immediately cut. It does nothing for us to tell you you're approved and then not follow through with selling you the car. I explained to you if you can obtain financing on your own I would be happy to get another duplicate vehicle for you immediately and even save you a $1000 for any misunderstandings. We are not in the business of taking temporary deposits...if there was a way we could complete the transaction with your Husband through our Bank affiliates we would have. I again apologize if W***** ever misspoke about an approval. Please feel free to reach out to me at any time to discuss further.

      Just bought a car from this Dealership out of necessity. We know this is a bad time for buying a car but we had no choice and we wanted a Honda. This dealership ( aside from the service dept.-they are great!) are 100% screwed up and could care less. They treated us like garbage. They had nothing ready at pick up time. Paperwork was wrong, mileage suddenly jumped 1,000miles. They said “ That happens “ ?? We were stuck ! Having no car and they knew it. Any other time i would have walked away from the deal. but there are no cars, wait on some is up to 7 months. Just pick another dealership .My daughter did and is getting a new one in 5 weeks. Not what we needed, she’s getting a bigger one . we needed fuel efficient for commute.. kindness still matter everyone! Just being nice, not lying and doing your job goes so far in my book. And one sales agent actually said” I don’t get a commission so i really don’t care”….WOW! Told us with my daughters sitting there he didn’t wear his seatbelt and could teach us how to turn off reminder. I was sick, we are a medical and police family. Buy a Honda they are great, i’m getting a Pilot as soon as things normalize. But buy from somewhere else. We love our new Accord, just overpaid and where treated poorly. If your spending over 35,000$ on a used car they should be nice. And not lie. FYI.. they said they had new cars on lot, did not have even one !

      Sorry to hear about your feelings. The deal was actually phenomenal for what it was as I illustrated for your husband with what was available on the market. I did urge him to wait for a new one and even offered to take a loaner Hybrid out of our fleet to be able to offer him a better price. I certainly apologize if those comments were made and will be discussing this with the Staff involved in your deal. We were one of just three Honda Dealers in CT to win the Honda Presidents Award in 2021 which is based heavily on customer satisfaction in both Sales and Service so Customer satisfaction is very high on our priority list. I am so sorry we were unable to satisfy your family this go round. If you would ever like to sit and talk about the situation in person I would love to and try to restore your faith in the Sales Dept like so many of our happy clients. Have a great day.
