            I reached out about an issue with repairs being completed within a reasonable amount of time. The person I have been dealing with, **** *********, is not answering direct questions. I can't find a way to get through to an actual attorney. She is a para legal. I am not sure she is doing the right thing and if the information she has given me is accurate and complete. I am not able to find a way to communicate with an actual attorney. We have been trying to get her to answer our questions. When my granddaughter called to ask questions, she became defensive and hung up on her. Not very professional. We really need to get the whole situation resolved to where we are aware and confident that everything is on the up and up, and in our best interest. I have multiple emails showing that she seems to be evading the questions.

            they did what they were supposed to, i got the claim they pretty much took the whole thing and only offered me 750 (out of a 3.8k check) and now the check is nowhere to be found in my mail and they don't want to issue a new one, it has been past 4 weeks going on to week 5. i asked them for a deposit they said they don't do that, and the "paralegal" i speak with barely answers emails, and when she does the responses are very dry.
