This business has to be the most unprofessional, inconsiderate business I have ever dealt with. They were a third party who was supposed to come out and look at my dishwasher. My husband took an unpaid day off of work for them to not call and inform us they couldn't come out THE NEXT DAY. They asked to come out in a Friday. I got a call a half hour before the window closure, 12:30 and the girl asked if I'd be home around noon....again 12:30. Proceeded to be a snot and hang up on me when I questioned their business practice as this was the second missed day of service. I called back and the receptionist refused to give me a supervisor name or number. Needless to say I wouldn't use this business if they were the last repair place in the state. Terrible service and lack of professionalism. Deceptive tactics and have no accountability for their mistakes. Will never use again and will proactively tell ********** residents of this thief.Review from Steph P

I would NOT recommend Boston Joe's. I needlessly spent a $107 on a diagnostic. They did NOT fix the dishwasher. Their assessment was incorrect. The lady on the phone in their office said that a repairman had to go out to look at the dishwasher, even though I explained that my husband had already looked at it and replaced the soap dispenser which was not opening. The repairman and his trainee came out and assessed the same thing. They ran the dishwasher which my husband and I had already done. They claimed that the part was on back order; however, my husband was able to order the part that same day on-line. Also, they quoted a $400 repair charge which included the $107. The machine cost $900 a dollars originally and we only paid $400 for it at the "scratch and dent" store. So this is outrageous!Review from De C

This company had a female person call me to schedule a repair. She had no clue or education as to city in ct I lived in. When I told her to look at a map of ct she hung up on me. I’d NEVER do business with such an uneducated, disrespectful person like her.
