Complaint: I bought a wood stove with blower after doing extensive research and found CAFD had a great price. After purchasing the stove I found out the installation was a separate fee, not included in the estimate. I paid for the installation and when the stove was being delivered found out the blower was "back-ordered". No one from the store bothered to tell me that in advance and it was paid in full that day. Two weeks later still no blower. I called the store, it took 7 1/2 hours for someone to get back to me to say they did not realize the blower was back ordered and it would be at least another week. After admitting their error, they made no effort to make me satisfied. Now, two weeks later, I had to call again. Today they said they called and tried to have it over-nighted but it is still back-ordered. This is ridiculous. I am 95 years old and am beginning to think this is fraud on the elderly. No effort has been made to satisfy this problem. I am out the money and have no hope of receiving the missing blower.

Desired Settlement: I would like the blower which I ordered and paid for and compensation for the ridiculous lack of customer service. I also would like to make sure in the future customers receive proper communications from this company.
