BBB promotes truth in advertising by contacting advertisers whose claims conflict
BBB Code of Advertising. These claims come to our attention from our internal
review of advertising, consumer complaints and competitor challenges. BBB asks advertisers
to prove their claims, change ads to make offers more clear to consumers, and remove
misleading or deceptive statements.
According to information in BBB files, this company purportedly offers personal loans and requests consumers pay up-front fees via wire transfers. Reportedly, after the consumers pay the fees the promised loans are not received.
Any complaints, received by BBB against this purported broker, may be currently pending and not yet showing in this report.
BBB warns that most often, addresses used by advance fee loan brokers are non-deliverable by the U.S. Post Office, or belong to legitimate businesses which have no knowledge of, or connection with the purported brokers. BBB attempts to process any complaints to the address in question; however, BBB typically receives the correspondence back marked as undeliverable.
