I will never again try and navigate a loss at my home or business without The Public’s Adjuster. Dave B******** and Todd M**** went above and beyond to ensure we were compensated for our losses. I wanted to extend a huge thank you to you and your company for helping me and my husband with our recent bathroom flood. Mike quickly responded to our call and was with us every step of the way. He was there both physically and emotionally throughout the entire (year long) process. Mike was available 24/7 and was able to answer all of my questions and explain the process thoroughly. Great team of professionals - my insurance company was not willing to give me what was covered under my policy until I brought them in. Todd and his staff are experienced and extremely knowledgable of the business - without them my claim was going nowhere! I was devastated when my house was flooded by a faucet left open. There was damage to electrical, plumbing, woodwork, drywall, kitchen, flooring ect... Just thinking about it made me super stressed. My friend suggested I get a public adjuster (never knew about this service) and recommended 'The Public Adjuster' in ******* Let me tell you, that was the best idea ever. Todd and his team took care of everything. They made sure that the insurance company compensated me for ALL the damage that was done. I have no doubt that without his help I would have gotten a third of what my final payout was. And the best part, their price was 10 percent of my final settlement. No hidden costs or surprises. If you are like me, and have never filed a claim before, Todd and his team are there to help you along the way. All my texts and phone calls were returned promptly. Professional all around. Edgar and the team at TPA guided me through the insurance process following the damages to my house to recover losses. I highly recommend TPA and specially Edgar with his expertise. While I hope I won't be dealing with another loss, I would not hesitate to call TPA or Edgar if I ever come across another insured loss.Review from Gordon D

Mike Berube and the team at TPA are fantastic. Todd was at my house within 2 hours of calling TPA for the first time and Mike was there two hours after that. By the end of the day, I felt like I was going to be well taken care of and everything was going to be okay. They responded immediately to my every text and phone call along the way and tolerated my overbearing anxiety with class. I'm certain the settlement I ended up with would not have been what it was without their determined advocacy. My and my family are grateful.Review from Clive M

This is the worst public adjuster company. The contract is contradictory, and ambiguous, it does not address the issue of what happens if the company fails to negotiate with the insurance company. It expects you to pay for any payments made by the insurance company for repairs prior to being hired, in which it had no involvement whatsoever. I fired the company for failure to perform and breach of contract 3 1/2 years ago, and I'm still in litigation against the owner. The owner billed me for commissions on insurance company denied claims, and prior to a settlement which was a violation of Connecticut General Statute Sec. 38a-726. The company has stated on the record, in front of a Judge, that although it had a contract it was "not obligated to perform". A contract is a formal agreement to perform certain services in return for payment. Be warned. I wonder if the positive reviews were made by bogus clients or if they were paid, but they appear to be far too positive for a company that has failed so badly. The CT Insurance Commission or the Consumer Protection Insurance Dept. do nothing to support insured, as it is in place to protect insurance companies, and oversight legislation is abysmal.Review from Bryan M

Todd and the Public's Adjuster expertly guided us through the insurance process following our covered loss. From our experience, we highly recommend them. Stay Away! Call the CT Department of Insurance and ask first how many complaints are on record against Todd Moler’s file. He’s well known to them with long list of customers complaints and I am working on submitting my own. Unethical and dishonest adjuster, terrible communications, will keep you in the dark, doesn’t respond to inquiries, and when he finally answers, he is extremely rude and disrespectful, and talk down to you. He lied in our first meeting about how he gets paid, he lied about how we could terminate his contract if we reach a point that we see no benefit of his service. Now he is holding us hostages and wouldn’t submit a release to the insurance company after we fired him! As soon as you sign the agreement, they shut you out of all communication and could care less about your interest, they bring in their contractor friends to cache in on the claim, and work on all kinds of shady stuff to benefit from the coverage themselves disregarding your interest and your family hardship living in an inn with 2 young kids. He recklessly drove away while I was standing in driveway to avoid answering my questions about our claims. I have this on security camera video! He’s wasted months of our valuable time when my family with two young kids are still living away from home with no chance to get back to our home for Christmas! Do yourself a favor and Stay Away from this organization.
