Mark re-roofed my home in 2012. There is a part that has rolled roofing and the rest is normal shingles. When he did it originally he found that there were two skylights that the previous contractor had just rolled the roofing material over without removing them! He removed them and fixed the holes - they were quite large. No extra charge! My rolled roof started leaking last week and I called him. He came the next day with an employee. He found one of the pipes that go through the roof had lost some caulk. He inspected the entire roof and caulked other places too to make sure everything was sealed up. Now this roof has been through a couple of very high-wind events including a micro-burst which is like a tornado I'm told. After 10 years I would expect there to be some damage. He said my roofs were in great shape. He even cleared my gutters on that side! When I asked him what I owed him he said NOTHING! they had spent over an hour on my roof. He said that he guaranteed his work even after 10 years! He also does many charity jobs. You can find the articles about his generosity in the Newtown Bee archives. I know of one for certain. I was the treasurer for the ******* Historical Society and Mark replaced the wooden roof on the ******* ****** House (a museum in town) for the cost of the materials - no labor. He is honest and he is a good person. I do not hesitate to give him 5 stars!

I have asked him to fix his company’s roof replacement that continues to leak. He never responded to me. I even sent a personal note because he ignores text messages. And phone calls. I’ve taken a video and pictures but he doesn’t have a website. Next stop social media? **** *
