Complaint: I cancelled an apt over a month ago and still have yet to receive a refund, after several attempts of calling and inquiring. I was told that it was processed on the 26th on November and it takes 7 to 10 business days for it to go through. I called on Dec 6th and was told that it was not processed yet.

Desired Settlement: I want the refund in a form of a check.

Business Response: Due to ********'s credit card no longer being valid, a refund check was processed in the amount of $239.00 by check. ******** ******* was refunded in full as requested.
