            I called Federal Oil for a FILL TANK delivery for myself and my neighbor. They delivered the oil For us both on Wed. Nov.22nd, When my husband checked they only delivered 125 gallons. The tank was not filled. I called my neighbor ( * ****** ***** ) They only filled his to 3/4 of his oil tank. I called the company the next day asking why I did not get a fill. The Lady that worked there was giving me excuses as to why they were not filled. They were not true. I insisted on them coming back to fully fill the tanks as asked. She did not answer my question, I asked to speak to the owner. Stated he wasnt there. I called back again on friday 11/24. The same girl got extremely irate and unprofessional screaming at me. If she was my employee she would no longer be working. She stated that they would no longer deliver oil for us. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company.
