Complaint: I didn't receive the product I ordered. Multiple emails/phone calls to company have not been answered. Product returned. Have not received refund. I purchased "Muzzy French" lessons with a year of online access. I never received online access code. Multiple attempts to solve problem were ignored by company. (I have email records.) The Cd's were not useful to myself or my child. Per "30 day money back guarantee" I returned product, in perfect condition, with shipping invoice attached. Package was insured and tracked. **** confirms delivery. I have yet to hear from company regarding refund, despite multiple email attempts.

Desired Settlement: Because I returned the product within 30 days of purchase, I would like a full refund. According to the company website, and the shipping invoice, product comes with a "30 day money back guarantee"
