            This is a complicated issue and I have a tremendous amount of information to share so will leave it with key details: -My boat was damaged by a tree during a tropical storm in July of 2020 -I filed a claim and took my boat to G&R Marine for repair since that is where i originally purchased the boat -It has been 3 years and my boat is now just ready for pick up -G&R Claims supply chain issues as the 3 year delay -Though my boat was deemed as ready a couple of months ago, when I went to pick it up it was still not complete, filthy, and in awful condition G&R has been anything but helpful in resolving this and their customer service is awful The boat has yet to be picked up as they still insist on full payment of repairs even after a 3 year delay and lost time of my boat. G&R currently has the boat in their possession and I I have yet to remit payment to them,

            I would recommend that no one ever do business here. Jeff, the owner, is aggressive in dealing with customers but more importantly will go back on what he says. For example, I was told by his business partner that they would waive the brokerage fee for selling my current boat if I bought a new boat with them. Jeff changed these terms after I had already dropped off my boat and then it took several weeks to list. Then they lost an interested buyer because they didn't tell me they needed certain paperwork until it was too late and the buyer "walked" out of frustration. Lastly, Jeff decided, after my boat had sat idle for 2+ months that I needed to pay off my loan in order for them to sell it. Take my advice, shop somewhere else! You don't want to do business with Jeff.
