            In July of 2020, BBB Serving CT opened an investigation into The Grill Daddy Brush Company after numerous unanswered complaints. We were able to establish that the firm was still in business and we reached out to assist them in resolving the complaints. However, although the company stated a desire for resolution, they did not respond to any of the complaints sent. Eventually, the business stopped responding to our attempts to contact them by email or phone. In October of 2020, the investigation was closed without resolution.

            Ordered a Grill Daddy Grill Brush from their website (buygrilldaddy***** on 02/08/2024, been trying to do a return. I go to their website and fill out the return information (Order # and Zip Code) and I get a response "NO Order Found". I also tried calling the company at their listed phone number of ###-###-#### and get told the number is no longer in service.

            Bought 3 brushes, had one in the past and I liked it. one of the brushes leaks, after 3 emails to the company NO RESPONSE, I filed a dispute with my credit card company, lets see if I get a response now.
