Modern Heating and Air Conditioning LLC is a fantastic company from the top down. My service technician Aman is knowledgeable, consistent, available, and kind. With two children, I know I work with a company that has my back in the winter and summer months. I also love Melissa who answers the phone and even remembers me and my family. Mike with Modern Heating and Cooling was fantastic. He was there during the time frame given and have the service complete within fifteen minutes. I’d recommend Mike and Modern Heating any day!Review from Melissa R

At 7 AM this morning I realized that the heat was not working. It wasn’t even 30° outside and the air inside was already quite cold. I called numerous other companies and most of them gave me a voicemail. One other could guarantee a service call later that day but Modern confirmed they’d stop by in the morning. Mike came at 12pm and left at 2pm, explaining his process and approximate cost and made recommendations for future service. Made a bad situation manageable. Very professional.Review from JD J

I found the service provider to be extremely polite and willing to answer any questions that I had. He was tidy and made sure that everything was left the way it was:) I would highly recommend them for future service.

Always satisfied with service. Scheduling is not a problem, they always communicate their time of arrival, and show up on time. Today was no exception, Drew called in advance, showed on time and was very efficient. The best news, there were no issues outside of the regular maintenance! Thank you Modern Heating. We recently had a problem with our old gas boiler and it needed to be replaced quickly. We contacted Modern Heating and from start to finish they were great to work with. Starting with Drew who diagnosed the problem and helped us with our warranty claim on our old gas boiler, the group that provided us options and Nick and Vick who installed the new boiler, they were all professional, skilled and accommodating.
