    *** **** ****** subs out the final step of alot of their installs to brian f******* landscaping, and when this company came into hydro-seed my elderly father's yard, they came in super late in the season and it was far to cold to get the grass to grow. we fertilized and watered it as the contract required, and still no grass. the first time they came in, once they left, the entire yard washed out and created huge deep unsafe crevices all throughout the yard, they needed to come back to lay better solid soil. they hydroseeded again and by then it was really far to late in the season. currently my elderly father has dirt for a yard, and i have tried and tried to get them back over to get this problem fixed. you can see in the pics ( around the edges ) how green and full the grass was before. after messaging Brian he seems to have no intention of helping get this taken care of for my dad who is 85 years old and paid over 15K to get the septic and leachfield replaced. my dad lost my mom, his wife of over 50 years not to long back, they loved sitting in the yard together next to the birdbath, the only thing my dad has left to take pride in is his yard and home he worked his life providing for us kids, and now the birdbath is sitting on the ground in the dirt and he cannot even go and sit there without dragging mud and dirt back into the house. its frustrating and sad. i really tried to work this out with brian f******* landscaping, and he just seems like he couldn't care less. i went to leave a review online and found that there are other unsatisfied customers facing the same sad situations with their own yards.

    In Response to ********* *******’s Customer Review, we would like to state that Both *** **** ****** and Bryan Fournier Landscaping worked together to resolve the challenges faced at Mr. *******’s property. Bryan Fournier Landscaping raked and hydroseeded the property on 6/3/22 after the septic installation. We received our second order to rake and hydroseed on 10/27/22 after heavy rains washed out the yard. Reinforcements were required and completed, more loam was spread, and we went to the property and completed the order on 10/31/22. Included in every *** **** ****** contract is our hydroseeding care sheet which clearly states “Note: Bryan M. Fournier Landscaping & Irrigation cannot be held responsible for any lawns which do not grow due to circumstances that are beyond our control, such as “excessive rains, erosion, droughts, frost, snow or if the Hydroseeded area is not properly maintained as stated above”. Both owners have been to the property more than once to evaluate the condition of the lawn and it was clear that the owner did not follow the care instructions. They did not fertilize and stated that they did not want to fertilize weeds. Fertilizing promotes the growth of the grass to help minimize weeds and is part of the care required to assure a beautiful lawn. Also, it was clear that they were not watering as the instructions state. We are sorry Mr. ******* is unhappy with the current state of his yard. Hydroseeding requires work and commitment to achieve the best possible results and both companies have responded and did the necessary work to set Mr. ******* up for a successful outcome. Below are the complete instructions included on our care sheet, given to all hydroseeding customers and included in all *** **** ****** contracts: "IMPORTANT” HYDROSEEDING INSTRUCTIONS WE THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING OUR COMPANY FOR YOUR HYDROSEEDING PROJECT! NOW THAT YOUR HYDROSEEDING IS COMPLETE, THE FOLLOWING STEPS WILL ASSURE YOU A BEAUTIFUL LAWN. 1. The newly Hydroseeded areas must be watered 3 times daily. 2. No traffic of any kind (foot or vehicle) should be on Hydroseeded areas until well established. 3. Be sure mower deck is clean and blades are sharp to assure the mower does not damage the new grass. 4. An application of a starter fertilizer must be applied after two weeks of application. A 4-step fertilizing program is strongly recommended to be started 6 weeks after the Hydroseeding application. (The step of the fertilizer program depends on what time of the year the Hydroseeding has been applied.) Reach out to Rockingham Turf Care for Fertilizing Services – 603-518-5203 Note: Bryan M.
