              I was able to get a reasonable quote for homeowners through my local broker and ended up with Concord Homeowners. I was told I would be asked to give a home inspection. This was fine. I received a text on a Wednesday from an inspector asking if they could come Friday. We were in the middle of putting up drywall/removing plaster and I replied to the text saying that Friday was not a good time. They asked if they could do the exterior inspection which I agreed to. 2 Weeks later I received a cancellation notice with the following reasons for cancellation: 1 missing handrail, 2 boarded up window, 3 refusal of home inspection. Item one is fine, easy to fix. Item 2 was not a boarded up window, it had been removed and finished on the inside and due to the weather and time of year, I am not able to finish the outside till spring. Item 3, I did not refuse a home inspection, it was not a good time. I requested through my broker that an inspection be scheduled. Concord refused. As a result of this cancellation I have been unable to find reasonable coverage due to being cancelled. The quotes are 3 to 4x the cost because of the cancellation. I am by all standards an excellent customer in all areas. I am being treated like cancer due to this. I have a text message showing the interaction with the inspector. Very frustrating to be treated like this by anyone.

              Concord Group goes above and beyond. Employee Michelle B***** is top notch! Michelle knows her stuff. She gets back in touch with you immediately. She directs you perfectly in next steps! Michelle handles a tough situation so well we were so relieved to have her in one of our accidents. We have had insurance with Concord Group for over 30 years. Whenever something has happened they are right there to guide you through the process. They are urgent in all that they do. The claims we have filed have been handled immediately! They are there for you when things can go south fast! We are so thankful for this company! They bundle your insurance and save you a ton! We go through Marshall Insurance and Justin is another favorite he is so helpful and returns calls immediately with all the information and more! Do not waste you money anywhere else this is the company to have your insurance through! ****
