    Date of transaction - 3/27 Rochester Toyota I had a 20,000 mile service and tire puncture issue scheduled at rochester toyota, my fiancé brought the vehicle in at 1230. After 5 hours there, they gave it back to her with no 20,000 mile service, no tire repair, and damages to the vehicle. They also made unauthorized tire swaps to my spare tire to try to cover up what they were doing. I paid 3,000 for a tire warranty and they refused to fix the tire. They did order a rim for me that they damaged. When I asked for my multi point inspection slips (the only thing that proves my truck was worked on) they said they lost them. Then said the cameras were also broken. Pat also said once tim comes in he would repair tire. At this point I didn’t trust this service department and wanted to switch to dover Toyota, and told Pat to have the rim shipped there. Today (4/1) I call Dover and they haven’t heard anything on the situation. No wheel, and they couldn’t perform my 20,000 mile service due to rochester Toyota already collecting the payout for work that wasn’t performed. I went down to Rochester toyota this morning (Saturday) to grab the wheel and see if they could clear the system so Dover could perform the service, and Dave yung immediately got in my face and started yelling at me. Once I said to just do what I need to get out of here, diana also started yelling and swearing at me saying they don’t work for me and they don’t need to do what I’m asking. I was left completely baffled by the lack of professionalism and hope that mike the GM pulls desk cameras (if they are working) and sees what Dave and Diana did in front of a room full of waiting customers. It was a complete embarrassment for this dealership and Dave / Diana need to be fired. You cannot treat customers the way they did. I’m considering filing verbal assault charges on both of them.

    The car shows are available on their website, along with the option to make a smart online purchase. I began the process and provided all my information to obtain a credit score check. However, after the credit check was completed, I received an email from Rochester Toyota dealer stating that the car had been sold. It doesn't make sense to generate a new credit inquiry for a car that is no longer available. This situation seems suspicious, as if they are attempting to entice people into unnecessary credit checks. I advise caution when dealing with this dealer.

    Rochester Toyota does not directly pull anyone's credit. Instead, the customer fills out a credit application online, which is sent directly to Toyota Financial Services, bypassing Rochester Toyota personnel completely.

    Rochester Toyota's first interaction with this customer was when they received information from Toyota Finance about the credit application for a specific vehicle. Upon receiving this information, Rochester Toyota made efforts to contact the customer via phone, text, and email to inform them that the vehicle they were interested in was unavailable. These attempts were made to provide the customer with the most up-to-date information possible.

    Additionally, Rochester Toyota's website offers a "Confirm Availability" button on all its new vehicles to allow customers to check the availability of vehicles.
