Does Not Deliver

Columbus, Georgia – June 5, 2014 – The BBB has received a complaint from a consumer who ordered a product from The consumer complained that she did not receive a product and the website did not provide a means of contact with the business. The BBB research into the company filings with Georgia Secretary of State indicated that the company was administratively dissolved on 9/4/2010. Further research into the url registration shows that it was renewed on 3/21/2014 by a private agent, meaning it is not possible to know who maintains the website at this point. The phone number provided on the website, 800-226-8687, was answered by a representative of another company, K2 Communications. Further research also indicates that this number was used by several other companies as well. The website indicates that one can communicate with the company via Power Request form, meaning emailing directly through the website. However, when we tried to contact the company we received a message from Smart Answer, the company that maintains that service, that we should not use the form as they no longer serve that account.

The BBB files show that in the years since the company’s dissolution we had received 13 complaints against this company; all complaint state that consumers ordered, paid but did not receive the product.   • Prior to placing an order, read the company’s return and exchange policy.
  • Ensure contact information is provided; check to see that the phone number is operational.
  • Use a credit card to pay for purchases as this will allow you to have recourse.
  • If you place an order, but do not receive a confirmation email, it is best to cancel the order and notify your credit card company.
  • Check the company out on prior to purchasing.
