On 6/5/2014 the BBB received a complaint from a consumer who stated that she ordered 
from this company's website but has not received the product. She also stated that there 
was no way to contact the company. The BBB research indicated that although the company
was administratively dissolved on 9/4/2010, as stated on the Georgia Secretary of State 
website, the url was just recently, on 3/21/2014, renewed. Unfortunately it is not possible to
determine who renewed the website as that was done in privacy mode. A phone call made 
to the company, telephone number 800-226-8687 as given on the website, was answered by
a male who stated that was K2 Communications. Google search indicated that this number was
also at some point associated with some other companies. On the website itself, under "Contact
Us" tab there is a message from a company called Smart Answer which states that they used to
provide communication services for this website but no longer do so. 
A review of BBB files indicates that since the company's dissolution we had 13 complaints filed
and we were not able to get any response from the company. 
Due to all this information, the BBB strongly recommends that consumers do not order from this
website. If you have already ordered and used a credit card, dispute the charges through your
credit card company and/or file a police report.

Mail sent to the business on 07/19/2010 was returned by the U.S. Postal Service as Undeliverable as Addressed.
