Business Response:

Dear Sir,

My name is ** ******** , I oversaw the repairs on Mrs. ******* '01 buick. When she brought the car in, it was running badly and had the service engine light on. We scanned the computer and we found multi mis-fires on service engine light. We replaced the spark plugs and wires.
She brought it back 2 days later and we found a airflow code, a leak in the intake and a map sensor and repaired it. We also replaced the mass air flow sensor, however that did not fix the car so we took it back off.
I feel that we treated Mrs. ****** fairly. We actually worked 5 hours testing and checking her vehicle that amounted to $375.  However we waived that amount.
Her car was really running badly when she brought it in. When we finished with it I drove it 22 miles without any misses or cutting off.

Thanks
 ** ********
