Complaint: I took my car on 4-23-2013 to big t to have the ball bearing fixed on both sides paid them around 250.00. one week later I returned back to big t tires because it was back to making the same noise to start with.so I take it back to them on 5-6-13.during this time they said the bearing were still messed up and was going to fix it for free.agian on that say day of 5-6-13 they said they fix it.so took it for a test drive and it end up locking up on them.so now they had to replace the bearing hud and spriller this time all on the right hand side. never did check to see if the left side was fix right.on 5-11-13 they call to tell me that the car is fixed and I can come get it.so while I was there they test drive they car twice. they return to tell me it was making alittle noise to drive my car for the week end and bring it back Monday if it did not stop.so I left with the car on 5-11-13 to go home and the car is making the same noise it was making from the begian. so again I take it back to him and tell them I want it fix and to call once they have it fix right. I don't understand how they can return it to all thosetime and still not be right. and give it back thinking I would drive it and have the lock uup happen to me.that is so on safe and unperfessional I feel of this comoany. I would like for u to look into it.i feel this is poor service .
