Valley Healthcare System, Inc. is a staff model practice that includes full time Family Practice Physicians, full time Family Nurse Practitioners, and full time Dentists.  Our medical and dental staff are Board Certified and Nationally Credentialed in their respective specialties.
To accommodate the diverse needs of the community, we have established an open access scheduling system.  This allows for worker-friendly scheduling of appointments.

Complaint: I have repeatedly contacted the dental clinic for over a year. No one returns my calls nor - at times - answers the dental department phone. I have left numerous messages. Therefore, for reasons unknown to me I have been refused healthcare by this agency.

Desired Settlement: I want a call back and reason for refusal of service.

Business Response: The patient was contacted on Monday, December 29 and offered an appointment at a convenient clinic location for the next available appointment. Our apologizes for any inconvenience and interruption in care was extended. The patient was also informed of our newly implemented, patient-friendly call and scheduling system.
