Complaint: I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord in may of 2013, and the manager promise me 4 free oil changes, and i never did get the paper work, so when customer service call to ask how was my experience, I told them about it, and that I have not heard anything from the manager at Albany Honda, and I still didn't hear from him, so I call to talk with the manager about a week ago myself, and he told me that he don't give away oil changes, I know that is a lie, because he did it when I got the 2010 from Albany Honda, and I just want what was promise to me, he shouldn't have told me that to get the sell.
Desired Settlement: I want what the manager promise me/ or the price of 4 oil changes
Business Response: I will be happy to call the customer and inquire about the complaint. Years ago we did provide complimentary oil changes for Honda purchases. However, we have not done so this year to the best of my knowledge. Nonetheless, I will reach out to the consumer to get more information and will resolve the matter. Thank you for the information. Ms. ******, if you receive this response please feel free to call me at 395-7427 to discuss. Thank you for your business and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Mr. ****** have call, but I did not get to talk with him, and I have tried to return his call to get this resolve., I would like to get this taken care of.
I have spoken with the customer and have issued her 4 complimentary Oil Changes as she requested. I sent her a letter this week so that she has the documentation in writing. Below is a copy of the letter. The issue seems to be resolved at this time but the customer is welcome to call me at 229-432-9700 if she has any questions. Thank you for your help in this matter.
