Complaint: I took my care to precision tune and paid them to fix it is still not working and I have file several complaints with the customer service line dating back to July 30th and the district manager has not called me yet I talked to the store manager several times but he is unable to help I was changed for parts that were not put on my care and for a service that did not resolve my issue and have been with out my car for almost a month with no help or not even the partial refund the store manage said he would be able to do and in fact they made my car worst I am attaching the emails I have sent to them asking for help I am replying to this email because I am not sure what else to I was told I would hear from the district manager and have not the store manager did call and tell me he heard about my complaint and that a pipe was left loose on the car and was the cause of it not working at all because they had to smoke my engine and he told me that he was only instructed to give me the two hundred fifty dollars due to them putting parts on that car parts that I did not need because the issues are still the same even with the new parts that according to the receipts I dont see them totaling up to that so since I have not heard anything or even received the two hundred fifth dollars which I this is so unfair because I still not have a working car and it is worst then when I bought it in I will be writing the better business bureau and seeing what other steps I can take and also contacting Angies list and list my unresolved issues with this company From: CustomerService (mailto:***************@precisionac.com) Sent: Tuesday, July 30, XXXX XX:XX AMTo: '****** ******'Subject: RE: repairsGood Morning Ms. ******, Customer Satisfaction is very important to us at Precision Auto Care, so I want to thank you for taking the time to e-mail us. Sincerely, CindyPrecision Tune Auto Care(P) (XXX) XXX-XXXX(F) (XXX) XXX-XXXX From: ****** ****** (mailto:*******@centamedical.com) Sent: Tuesday, July 30, XXXX X:XX AMTo: CustomerServiceSubject: repairsI took my car in to you store in Columbia south Carolina the Garners Ferry Store 6900 Garners Ferry rd on Saturday July 20,2013 and was told that the codes from auto zone could not do anything for them I need to do a diagnosis it would be 75.00 so I did that during the diagnosis the same exact codes came up that were given by auto zone so they gave me a list of this that should be fix and also a list of what could solve my issue so to solve my issue it would be 200.00 so I told Jason to go ahead and fix this he is the manager at the store to I pick up my car that afternoon and drove three blocks it did the same thing so I turned around and went back I sat in the store for 3 hours waiting the second time and was told it should be alright the changed the parts they replace just in case they were defective so I drove home when I got home the same problem happened which is when you at a light and the AC has been running for a while it shakes so I called back and spoke to Jason again and was told to bring the car back which I did he told me that in most cases what he did would have fixed the issue but it did not so it would be another 300 to solve this issue so I bring in the money and he tried to fix again no luck so drove it did the same thing so I took it back he said he drove it to the other store and their machine was newer and it read new codes and he would see what he could to fix this so it did not work and I was informed it would be another 999.00 to resolve the issues now and so I told him I just gave you all 500 and I dont have it now I will take the car and park it so I wont drive it to make it worst and I will call when I am able to get fixed he was only willing to give me half my money back for an issue that was not resolved in fact it is way worst when I picked up the car it cut off on me 4 time in a three block radius and is way worse than what it was I could drive the car before now I cant even drive it I have to have it towed and now I am out of my money with a far worst problem than I started with I am very dis pleased with the service Jason was very nice but nice isnt going to fix my car I feel they took on more than what they could handle and should have given me a refund and advise me to go else when he knew he could not handle the issue I am very upset I had to get rides all week and this is crazy how my car issues have drastically changed it went from being drivable only acting up from time to time to not being able to drive it at all I dont understand how you could have done a diagnosis and you say you fix what that has and it still not working I just want my car back in the same condition it was in when I bring it to you all this issue has me beyond stressed and tired I just need this resolved you can email me at this email or at **********@yahoo.com or feel free to call me at the numbers below thank ****** ****** Billing Specialist CENTA Medical Group157 Corley Mill Rd.
