              This is a complaint for the Columbus office...I hired infinity to replace all the windows in my house and replace the window trim to it's original quality. The sales guy said they would have this done in 3 weeks they started the job on September 23 and it is now December 20 and the job is still not done. The quality of work is the worst I've ever seen, the wood trim is not up to the standard of a professional carpenter and is not up to the quality they said they could do. I have ask them to bring in a finish carpenter to complete the job but they have refused. Instead they have sent their service employees that don't have the skills to do the job right. Not to mention they have lied to me and the guy they hired to do the stain work several times making excuses as to why the work is not getting done.

              Set an appointment to get a price quote for 15 window replacements, 2 doors/transoms and a patio door. As he stepped through the door, the consultant started hemming and hawing about the area being an historic district, needing a permit through them, and only being able to replace windows with wood windows- which are not on my house, even when I purchased it. After I explained this, that I have lived in the area for over 25 years, and know many neighbors in this area who have had windows replaced without this concession (must be wood windows), he still kept to his statement. Even when I asked if he were to go through the preservation office to get a permit at no cost to me-which I know would not be needed- would he still give me the presentation and a quote, but not for wood windows. He then stated, "I'm not your man." (Meaning, not the man for the project.). What a disappointment.
