During a recent meeting with Stanek Windows and the BBB, the company informed the BBB that their enforcement of warranty policies had changed. In the future, Stanek Windows may strictly enforce the rules of warranty usage by consumers. Costs may be applied in a graduated manner with any consumer requesting warranty work. In addition, a warranty will not be automatically transferred to a new owner. There is a fee and transfer form that will need to be completed in order for a warranty to be transferred to the new homeowner. Please contact the company for a detailed explanation.
