Additional Complaint Information

Beginning January 5th, 2010, The Cleveland Better Business Bureau began receiving complaints from consumers alleging payment for services that were never rendered regarding snow removal from their properties. After several requests to the company to address these complaints, we have yet to receive their response.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Empire Snow Removal was registered as a trade name by Randal K. Woolfork in January, 2010.  Mr. Woolfork is identified in BBB files as the owner of The Snowplow Guys at the same address as Empire Snow Removal.  The trade name registration was cancelled July, 2010, due to non-receipt of payment.  BBB has sent a request for basic information to the business.
