Customer service is not their priority. Last I checked customer service requires a live person to help, not an automated message. They also have no option to speak with anyone at all. I have tried multiple ways to contact this company and still haven't had a call back or an email from them.

Horrible, no care or respect for others. They drove across my new lawn and plumbing to repo the neighbors car, was rude, refused to get off my property and drove away when I asked how he plans on fixing the damage .

My car was repossessed by them which I understand they we’re doing they job but putting damages on your vehicle is a total different story, I don’t think they train the drivers how to hook the cars up because my tie rod broke and radiator was smashed when I picked my car up my car was driving funny I called the dealership and made an appointment I took my car in and the dealership had told me the damages they did I made a complaint and I still haven’t heard from them now I can’t drive my car which is 2021 Kia Forte gt line and they need to really investigate for the damages they caused to my vehicle.

They swapped my battery with an old one that don't even work. My truck is a **** **** **** with a blue certified from ford. So I know what exactly my battery looked liked. And they told me nobody touch the vehicle. Come on I'm a mechanic I ain't stupid. Just give me my battery back or reimburse me with the battery I bought so I can drive my vehicle to work. I'm gonna file a suit if I have to.

Relentless recovery is full of shit and they staff is fucking thief’s, my car was repoed I had some marijuana in my trunk, I recovered everything except my weed, all the little white b!tch could say is they don’t steal! I highly doubt that seeing all the reviews from ppl stuff been stole! They really need to be investigated, I really think we should be allowed back to get our own property that would eliminate all the stealing they get away with!

Worst employee ever. If that man ever walks on my property again making open ended threats, he will regret it.

I was terrified after reading some of these complaints. They repossessed my vehicle on March 30, 2022. Today is April 1st and I just got home from getting my vehicle back. The lady that retrieved my car was very professional. I had a few belongings in my vehicle, one being a ring. It isn’t valued at a high dollar, under $200, but it was still in my car. My car was in the same condition and no issues. Scheduling an appointment was fast and easy. Took me maybe 20 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I drove away. This was the Akron, Ohio location.

I wouldn't give no stars if possible! They are a bunch of thieves that will take cash or anything else while your car is in their possession . They are relentless thieves! On 12/29/2021 my family member's car was repossessed from relentless recovery in Dayton Ohio. I left my wallet in her passenger car door the day before it was impounded. my sister contacted relentless (relentless thieves) recovery to try and obtain nothing but the wallet. Sara ********** whom my sister spoke to, gave her information on how to set up an appointment to get my wallet. We stressed to her that we just needed the wallet and that's it because it obtained my id with cash inside (very big mistake). Sara continued telling us she couldn't, they only can do that by appointment only. I'm assuming within that 24-hour window they're able to go into your vehicle without any repercussions. I don't know how these people operate, but the whole ordeal just seemed shady. my sister and I still drove to **** * ***** ** ** ******* ***** after her telling us they were about to close to still try and grab my wallet before anyone had left. Upon arrival they were still there, Sara and this older lady. Sara repeated everything to me in person as she did on the phone saying she couldn't give my sister and I back my wallet. We made an appointment at 11a.m.for the next day. My sister and I arrived there about 11:05 am the next day and were greeted by Sara, we told her we were there to get our belongings and the car. Sara told us my wallet was in a brown box outside. I knew as soon as I opened the box that something was going to be wrong. As I opened the brown box my wallet was at top, I opened my wallet to check to see if all my cash was accounted for and it was short, as I suspected. $320 dollars was stolen! I counted and arranged all my bills from biggest to smallest the day before her car was repo. (2) 100 dollar bills and (6) 20 dollar bills were taken to be exact but they left $293 behind (werideos).

I had items stolen valuing at over $1,000 and I was blatantly lied to by an employee when I inquired about their whereabouts. I have filed a police report and a claim with my insurance. The most critical item that was stolen was my daughter's car seat, which is honestly a shocking item to try to get away with not returning.
