    THE STATE OF OHIO vs. DENNIS B. KRATOCHVIL

    On January 27th, 2011, Dennis B. Kratochvil pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge of attempted tampering with records, was sentenced to 6 months probation and ordered to pay restitution to the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) in the amount of $4,697.00.   

    The plea disposed of charges filed in November, 2009 stemming from alleged business transactions with ODOT.
