My mother (***** *******) was a resident at Hooverwood Nursing Home, Indpls. PS Salon has a shop inside the nursing home. I had set up a "celebration" account set where I prepaid for beauty services. She would et her hair done weekly. My mother passed away in August, she had $86 left in her account. When Nan at the facility offered her condolence via text she stated they would be mailing a check for the amount left in her account. Many texts were sent asking status of money. I was told that a check was mailed in Sept but returned due to incorrect zip code. They were re-issuing check but I never received. I contacted again Nov 9, they said a check was mailed Nov 4. I never received, contacted again Nov 15, that I still have no check. Adrian from corporate office called and left VM that they re-issued a check and it was mailed from corporate on Nov 17. I still have not received a check. I have called three times this week, they won't answer and never return my calls. I have tried emailing, texting and calling more than 10 times with no one responding. I am still grieving the loss of my mother. Having to deal with this is very emotional.
