I paid them to perform maintenance on my AC and furnace. They showed up and looked at things. Told me what I had to pay to replace a bunch of parts and urged me to replace my furnace. There wasn't actually any maintenance involved, just a sales pitch. This all cost about $200. I forget the exact amount. Big waste of money. I mean maybe clean it or something at least? Terrible.
