              Spend $189 on January 3rd for an extended Warranty on two couches. Have had to contact the business 3 times to get a copy of the invoice my girlfriend misplaced. Tried to contact the business for my claim information, they don't have it. Contacted the warranty company and they have no info in their system either. I believe that they have pocketed my money with no intent to repair this couch.

              My name is ******* ******** and I purchased a sectional, dinning room table with 4 chairs, and a fireplace with logs. 2 family members told me about their experiences with this company after my purchase. Their furniture was sold as new, but it actually came severely damaged from their show room floor. Which is what happened to me. I spent $10,127.16, I spoke to the salesperson before the purchase and asked that everything be delivered brand new. Please, if you don't want anything like this to happen to you be mindful of where you purchase your furniture in my opinion. I've reached out to the store several times, and these people are trying to cover up the truth. Sad situation
