            I opened an account with Elgin approximately 3 years ago. All was well until Covid in 2020. Once Covid came I lost my job and have been unable to work since. I kept in contact with the company asking for assistance in making and accepting payment arrangements. At last contact I was told by a man named ******* that the amount I owed (which is higher) had to be paid all at once. I informed him that I wanted to help settle this account but was unable to do all at one time and asked if he could accept split payment. ******* then asked if I had received a 15 day notice. I told him no, he asked for my address. I gave him my address. He then hung up with no resolve, I have been calling and have been getting hung up on ever since.

            I think they sell crappy furniture the beds I ordered are not fully a bed meaning the back of them is not ...the front is the show the back in just a plaque boards its one sided.
