              My brother, ****** ********, passed away and funeral was fine. My complaint is he took a check for $730.00 in ******** name and this was to pay for a headstone. I have contacted Barbara in his office in August and was told Jackie ***** had a list of head stones to go in. Barb checked the list and told me his name was on the list and the headstone would be there in September 2023. As of today, January 1, 2024, there is still no headstone. Mr. **** will not even return my calls.

              Amazing people. They took care of everything, in a very caring and professional way. Always being very sensitive to the family. They went out of their way to make this very sad occasion easy to get thru. They took care of contacting the priest, cemetary, nursing home for pick up, to obituarie and viewing. and flowers.. They put together a wonderful collage to view during the luncheon. I will recommend them to everyone. It doesn't matter if you are in the Ashtabula area or not, they will come to you and arrange everything where ever you need it to be. Thank you Mike Czup
