Problems with Product/Service
Read Complaint Details
Complaint: Mr. Electric replaced a balast in a light in one of our church facilities. The repair was ineffective and the problem presented itself once again within a short time of the repair. We contacted Mr. Electric to have the repair re-done and a representative of the company came to the facility to inspect the light fixture in question. We were told that a part needed to be ordered and the repair would be done in one weeks time. Mr. Electric has never undertaken the needed repairs and they have been totally unresponsive to repeated and multiple phone calls to seek assistance in this regard. The maintenance director called multiple times and then handed this matter over to me (the business owner) I also called multiple times. I was given the assurance that the issue would be handled within the week--that never happened. I called again and I received no response. The company has been totally non responsive to our inquiries and no reasoning has been provided.
Desired Settlement: Refund for the prior ineffective repair
Business Response: Our Manager of Mr. Electric, ****, said he will contact the customer today and resolve the problem.
