My name is ******* ***, and me and my daughter, ******** ********* have went to the dentist office called Buckeye dental embraces and Avon Ohio and we go in. We get our x-rays and they tell us that my daughter has nine cavities so as a parent, I’m like if she has some film, I should’ve asked to even see them which we went in and none of her teeth were hurting at all, so she gets them some filled. They kept telling me they filled them, which told me at the end that I had to come back and get more filled which they told me that they already filled them again so they had me pay the full amount in advance before they even ask my insurance for anything so I paid the full amount they asked for which was $524.60 on my WEX card from my job I didn’t think nothing of it until I got my reimbursement papers back from my card saying that I owe $256 which I then called the office and told them that they denied it for it because my insurance covered most of it why did I have to pay more out-of-pocket, I’ve been dealing with this since the summer trying to get reimbursed back because they are trying to make me pay for it out of pocket back to my WEX card which no one will answer my phone call. No one will call me back as I’m leaving voicemails then I finally got in contact with someone two weeks ago from today. I told her what had happened and how much was supposed to be reimbursed back to me so I can put it back on my card she told me there was a outstanding balance. They use some of the money for that and that they were going to send me one 187,37. Which again I had no idea. I had an outstanding balance on anything so I told her go ahead and send the check. I’ll just pay the rest of what I have out of my pocket which I don’t feel like I should have to do that either. She told me to check was gonna take two weeks. It has been again two weeks. I haven’t heard anything. I’ve been calling leaving voicemails. No call back, no check in the mail and I still owe my card the money.
