This is a horrible company they do sloppy terrible work they want you to pay upfront in cash because they don’t want you to be able to hold your money for the job to be done right they did a horrible job even their manager agreed with me that it was horrible they told me it was going to be replaced but they lied and just tried to fix the problem instead of fixing what they caused, especially more by damaging my two sinks and faucets in the process and when I complained about that no one calls you back I have sent over 300 emails to their corporate office to a Lacretia Witt she never returned one response I have been trying to get a hold of this company owner fir the neglect but all they want to do is charge me money for them to come out to fix a problem that they caused it’s a complete rip off you pay $130 a square foot for junk that can’t have anything on it and can’t be cleaned with anything but water and it’s sloppy work and terrible customer service they just blame stuff on the customers and you can’t get anywhere with anyone, and they use chemicals that are so strong you vomit. Anyone can go to a warehouse and get the real stone that can be cleaned with anything and can stand heat on it and be done right for $12 a square foot I wish I knew this before giving thousands of dollars to this terrible company that demands only cash upfront before a job is done a huge red flag don’t trust this company or it’s employees they all are Thieves that take your money and give you fake stone and charge up the rear and make you pay in full in cash and if there is a problem they will charge you $75 to come back out they literally do this on purpose just to get more money out of you Don’t ever trust a company that wants only cash upfront then when you complain about the craftsmanship they blame it on every other employees and not themselves worst company I’ve ever dealt with I am literally going to call the news station on them for all the neglect.

This customer came under contract in Oct. 2018 for bathroom vanities. Our policy is to collect three payments: a deposit, a template payment, and a completion payment. The project was completed in Nov. 2018 where the customer inspected and signed a completion form along with the final payment. Our company came out on three separate occasions from Dec. 2018- Sept. 2019 to address a loose faucet free of charge. In Dec. 2021 the customer called in about a rough sink cutout and a grout issue. Once again we sent someone out to address the issues free of charge. While at the home, the customer was asked to look at all areas so that we could address any issues while we were there because a service fee would be charged if we had to come out again. The work was inspected and a repair satisfaction form was signed. Another call was made to the office stating a different area was not fixed while we were there and the customer wanted us to come back out. The customer was told that we would come back to service the area, but a service fee would be charged. The customer was not happy with that response and hung up. Over the last three years the local office has responded each time the customer has reached out with an issue. Our goal is that all of our customers will be 100% satisfied, but despite our efforts this customer is not.
