I am sorry to have to say don’t waste your money on USA Insulation. I spent $6,000.00 very hard-earned and saved dollars to have my house insulated and there is no difference now than there was before they did it. In some areas it is worse. I specifically asked that particular attention be paid to the area around 2 west-facing front windows where a breeze blew into the house and after the job was completed, there was no reduction in the breeze at all. There is more cold air coming in near a picture window in the kitchen, another area I specifically asked for special attention, and there are now 2 draughts coming in right where people sit on the couch, and in one of the bedrooms when lying in the bed. The salesman’s statement that the dishes in my cupboard would no longer be cold once they insulated that outer wall was untrue: they are as cold as ever. It makes me feel sick to my stomach and cry to have paid so much for nothing. Also, this was done in December, a date they selected, and I was assured that the fumes would not be harmful and would dissipate within a day or two: we had headaches from it. I did call and ask that they come back in the spring and finish the job and never got a call back, but got a thank you card with a request to recommend USA Insulation, which I cannot.
