            I purchased a Fast Pass ticket which is supposed to let you in the venue early to access the front of the venue close to the stage. I have been to many, many venues in more than 10 states. This venue had no signage and when I purchased the ticket at the window in the venue's box office, I was not given any details of where to go or that there was a special door, line, or entryway. The box office worker seemed new and nervous, she had to have another worker help her with the transaction because she seemed clueless. I paid $30 and got Nothing in return. I was the 2nd person in line. I arrived 2 hours early to stand in line to get up front. Because there was No signage to guide people where to stand or what line to be in and the fact that because of the box office worker being new, I was not informed about what to do or where to go to get the access that I just paid $30 for. I feel cheated and think that this business has 1 job, to put on concerts. They do a very poor job of that 1 specific service that they offer. I would like a refund. I thought I would try to let them remedy this situation before I leave a very poor review of this business and it's unhelpful, uninformed employees. Thank You for your time.

            Absolutely terrible venue for anyone with a physical disability. They might tell you they are accessible and accommodating while selling you the tickets, but they aren’t. The disabled seating is upstairs where there are rarely any staffed refreshment stands, and consists of high top tables and chairs. Yes, they want mobility impaired people to climb up and down, and if you are in a wheelchair then you are unable to use the high-top table. The security staff refused to call the front office for us to confirm that we were cleared to sit anywhere we liked in their balcony. I was forced to walk back to the front office, while he tried to tell my wife I was out of line. The guy literally laughed in my face and told me he was the boss and that we would sit where he told us to sit, which was at the high top tables. I was forced to yell about my medical disabilities in front of strangers upstairs and again downstairs for our first night out after 2 years of pandemic. Again, I called ahead and made plans with the club weeks beforehand, explaining that I didn’t want to have to fight about it on the night of the show. I guess we shouldn’t have bothered. Then, we watched abled people wander onto the balcony and sit and record the show and the same guard didn’t say a word to them. At one point a guy literally walked up close enough to reach over and high-5 the security, but was allowed to remain. I guess people with canes are easier to yell at? The club doesn’t have automatic doors for the disabled, and despite being told there was a health check, no one was checking for gas cards. It’s been a constant problem with HOB Cleveland, and they’ve only gotten worse over the years.
