Our services include...

Traditional Collections & Recovery from debtors using the WWR name for increased performance. We partner with our clients in setting specific objectives and strategies for each business portfolio and then develop a recovery program to fit the needs and expectations, managing each aspect of the collection and recovery process. The result is we are able to resolve many matters without incurring the costs, time and risks associated with litigation.

Legal Action Recovery including pre-legal efforts and post-judgment collections on debtors deemed suit-worthy with verified assets. We also pursue arbitration, replevins and collateral recovery. This offering is a regional and national service thanks to our direct representation states of OH, IN, KY, FL, MI, IL, PA and NJ along with our dedicated National Litigation Networks – all integrated to provide you centralized placements/remittances, uniform work standards, consolidated reporting and 24/7 online account access via our eClientNet service.

Bankruptcy Recovery on Chapter 7/11/13 matters including identifying fraud, generating reaffirmation agreements and promoting voluntary surrenders of collateral. This service is also national in scope, along with direct representation in the above states plus NY and CA.

Probate Collections on estates of deceased customers, which includes identifying estates, filing claims, reopening estates with claims and evaluating settlement offers. We also provide a date-of-death notification service. WWR was one of the first firms to formalize this recovery service and today provides a coast-to-coast solution to our clients.

Commercial and Consumer Real Estate Default Recovery for secured lenders, to successfully complete foreclosure, evictions, and title services. We also offer unique home preservation, REO and workout resolutions.

Compliance & Defense Litigation on contested matters for creditors as plaintiffs or defendants. We also offer advice on letters, contracts, procedures, collateral/money recovery and real estate transactions.
