The Solon, Ohio location is the national headquarters for the company which services consumers nationwide. Any matter of complaint received by a BBB across the country will be forwarded to the Cleveland BBB for resolution. This report is based upon national complaint activity.

This report reflects numerous patterns of complaints including: allegations of rude and threatening behavior on the part of company representatives; allegations the company had attempted to collect payment for debts unknown by the consumer; allegations the company did not provide information requested by consumers.

The company has been responsive to all complaints. In cases where the debt was acknowledged, attempts were made to negotiate a payment plan with the consumer. In cases where the debt was disputed, the account was returned to the company's client and no negative information was submitted to any of the credit reporting agencies.

In November of 2010 the BBB met with company representatives and discussed the new procedures being implemented to assure compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). These steps include the expansion of the Compliance Department, ongoing training of staff and the implementation of an enhanced phone monitoring system.
