On Nov 14th, my Nissan Murano broke down, I had it towed to this shop. I was told by Tim R*** that oil fouled out the front catalytic converters blowing all the insides into the middle one causing the engine to fail, he said also the oil cooler gasket had failed and needed replaced. My car was here from Nov, 14th to the 25th and the car was returned to me after a bill of 1742.56$ supposedly fixed. I drove the vehicle 2 days and the issue I brought it in for was not resolved. I called up Tim and he said that the issue was that remaining debris left in the front converters that fell into the middle one and they would remove the debris. I brought the suv back and they cut it open to exhaust to find out that the issue was not that and his mechanic Dave drove the suv to diagnose the problem, and he said the suv just needed a Tune up. I was told he didnt have time to do the repair that day so I brought the suv back Dec 8th to have them do the tune up and was called on the 9th and told that the valves were leaking oil fouling out the plugs and coils and told to fix the issue it would be around 700$ so I said fine fix it. Dec13th I call and am told the suv is being finished so I go to the shop to pay, the bill is 954.95. Tim tells me to everything is fixed but the check engine light may come back on cause the front catalytic converters besides that everything is good. I leave his shop have a friend put his obd2 on it before taking it to echeck and the suv still has a error for P0507, i take it to echeck and it isnt ready and leaving echeck the engine starts messing again. I get back to my friends and open the hood to check fluids and see what work was done and find that the rear of my engine wasnt even worked on, I paid for a tune up with coils and spark plugs and the coils in the rear of the motor hadnt even been touched which can be seen in the pictures, maybe half the work I paid for was done and my suv is not repaired. This shop had my car 14 days and its not fixed,
