Advertising Review

In December 2007 and May 2009 the BBB contacted this company regarding its advertising in Valpak coupons and offered deferred financing (90 days same as cash, 12 months no payments no interest) without disclosure of the APR (annual percentage rate.)

According to the Federal Trade Commission's Regulation Z (open end credit) all advertised 0% and same as cash offers are required to include the APR in the advertisement.  The BBB requested the company disclose the APR in their ads.

The company responded to the BBB and revised their advertisements.
